Recently, Guizhou Aviation Technical Development Co., Ltd. (GATD) has made significant progress in the construction of its carbon management information system. The Carbon Footprint of its GH4169 low-pressure turbine casing product, as well as the 2024 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report, have successfully passed authoritative third-party verification and certification. This achievement highlights GATD’s solid progress on the path of green and low-carbon development, injecting strong momentum into the sustainable development of the aerospace industry.

The product carbon footprint verification covers the entire lifecycle of the GH4169 low-pressure turbine casing, from raw material acquisition to production and factory shipment. Meanwhile, GATD's 2024 organizational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions comprehensive assessment confirmed that its operational emissions met all relevant standards. The successful certification not only validates our current efforts but also establishes a robust foundation for future carbon footprint management in other products.

GATD has long been committed to green development. In 2023, GATD initiated its green factory construction, implementing a full-chain energy management system across procurement, operations, logistics and recycling, with demonstrated achievements in energy efficiency and intelligent manufacturing. GATD has established flexible intelligent manufacturing lines, integrated furnace temperature control systems, intelligent waste heat recovery and storage systems, and photovoltaic power generation systems, achieving both high energy efficiency and low-carbon development in production processes, continuously leading the industry's green transition.
